March 24, Zhejiang, China — Hyster-Yale Group's Fuyang facility marked a significant milestone with the production of its first reach stacker and empty container handler (ECH) at the newly established port equipment facility.
The celebratory event drew colleagues from around the globe to Hangzhou, Zhejiang, underscoring the company's commitment to both the Chinese market and its global operations.
High-profile attendees included Michele Corini, Vice President of Global Operations and Manufacturing, and Matheus Thaumaturgo, President of the Asia-Pacific Region (APIC). Their presence highlighted the strategic importance of the new facility in Hyster-Yale's expansion plans.
